3. ANTIBIOTICS

Antibiotics are powerful properties that fight certain infections and can save lives when used properly. They either stop bacteria from reproducing or destroy them.Bacteria can multiply in human body and cause symptoms, the immune system can typically kill them. White blood cells (WBCs) attack harmful bacteria and, even if symptoms do occur, the immune system can usually cope and fight off the infection. However, if the number of harmful bacteria is excessive, and the immune system cannot fight them all. Antibiotics are used to kill these harmful bacteria.

4. ALLICIN

This is a substance in garlic that has both antibiotic and antiviral qualities.

Allicin prevents growth of micro-organisms.

5. ANTISEPTIC

This is a substance in garlic which kills and retards the growth of micro-organisms

6. ANTISPASMODIC PROPERTIES

This is a substance in garlic that helps in inhibiting muscles contraction in the human body. Antispasmodic substance helps in relieving symptoms, such as abdominal pain and diarrhea.

Health Benefits of Selenium: Selenium is an essential mineral for the functioning of the human body.

Some benefits we get, backed by scientific proof from consuming food that contains selenium are:

1. Selenium acts as powerful antioxidant for the human body.

2. Selenium may help lower risk of certain cancers.

3. A diet rich in selenium may help keep your heart healthy.  

4. Selenium helps prevent mental decline (Alzheimer’s disease)

5. Selenium is important for thyroid health.

6. Boost the human immune system.

7. Helps to reduce symptoms of asthma.

Although selenium is necessary for our good health, getting too much can be dangerous. Other food stuffs that contain selenium are,-Oysters, Brazil Nuts, Halibut, Yellowfin tuna, Eggs, Sardines, Sunflower seeds and chicken breast.

2. SULPHUR

Sulphur plays an important role in the body and is necessary for the synthesis of certain key proteins. For example, sulphur is needed for the synthesis of glutathione which acts as a potent antioxidant, protecting your cells from damage. Although Sulphur is necessary for our good health, getting too much can be dangerous.

THE USE OF GARLIC TO STRENGTHEN OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORONA VIRUS


GARLIC is a small vegetable, like onion. It is a vegetable which can easily be found in most vegetable markets.
It was among the vegetables God gave to man as food in Genesis. (Holy Bible, Gen.1:29)
One Garlic is known as Bulb, which is made up of several small portions called Cloves.

Garlic as a vegetable is not new to mankind. The early Israelite's used garlic. This garlic gave them strength to put up the wonderful buildings (including pyramids) in Egypt.
When Moses led the Israelite's through the red sea out of Egypt, the love of garlic almost drove them back to Egypt.
Today Garlic is used in Europe, North and South America, Africa and in fact all over the world.
Garlic can help your immune system fight over 300(three hundred) diseases.
The Botanical name for Garlic is Allium Sativum; it has a strong and repelling scent despite the wonderful benefits derived from its usage.

According to medicinal researchers, garlic contains many preventive and curative medicinal properties, which strengthens human immune system. Examples are

No commercially-prepared juice is going to have same fresh goodness as your own drink will.
The following are examples of good things juices contain:
Vitamins:  for vitality and good health.
Antioxidants:  These are powerful protective substances that neutralize potentially harmful molecules found in the body. These molecules, known as free radicals, are normal by-products of metabolism, but factors such as stress, smoking and pollution can boost their numbers .If left unchecked, free radicals may play a role in the onset of heart disease, osteoporosis and cancer. Some key antioxidants are vitamin E (Citrus and tropical fruits, green vegetables, berries); and beta-carotene (apricot, dark leafy greens, mangoes, tomatoes, watercress). 
 Minerals:Minerals help your body grow, develop, and stay healthy. The body uses minerals to perform many different functions. The seven major minerals and nine of the various traces elements are vital to good health.The human body needs minerals but cannot produce minerals.
