GARLIC is a small vegetable, like onion. It is a vegetable
which can easily be found in most vegetable markets.
It was among the vegetables God gave to man as food in Genesis.
(Holy Bible, Gen.1:29)
One Garlic is
known as Bulb, which is made up of
several small portions called Cloves.

Garlic as a vegetable is not new to mankind. The early Israelite's used garlic. This garlic gave them strength to put up the wonderful buildings
(including pyramids) in Egypt.
When Moses led the Israelite's through the red sea out of Egypt,
the love of garlic almost drove them back to Egypt.
Today Garlic is used in Europe, North and South America,
Africa and in fact all over the world.
Garlic can help your immune system fight over 300(three
hundred) diseases.
The Botanical name for Garlic is Allium Sativum; it has a
strong and repelling scent despite the wonderful benefits derived from its
usage.
PROPERTIES OF GARLIC
According to medicinal researchers, garlic contains many preventive
and curative medicinal properties, which
strengthens human immune system. Examples are

vii. Volatile oil

properties
iv. Antiviral properties (including
